Q: Why a subscription plan? Isn’t that only for Netflix and Blockbuster?
A: At The Newburgh Auto Spa, we believe that our customers want a clean car. Not just on the day they get the wash, but all the time. But as we all know, rain, bird droppings, a snowstorm, or just a trip with the kids can turn a freshly cleaned car into a dirty one. With a subscription plan, our customers can forget about choosing the best day to get a car wash, and focus on having a clean car, all the time. Pay once, have a clean car all month.
Q: What do you mean by “unlimited?”
A: Exactly that. Come 3 times a day if you like.
Q: How will I be charged?
A: We will bill your credit card once at the beginning of each month for the price of your plan (plus tax). Any other purchases, such as air fresheners, soft drinks, or washes outside of your plan, will be paid for separately at the moment the item or service is received.
Q: What if I want a different wash than the plan I’ve chosen? What if I am in The Deluxe Plan, but want to get The Ultimate that day?
A: Simple. Just pay the difference between the two packages. For example, if you want The Ultimate, but are in The Deluxe plan, pay $21.67 - $16.40, or $5.27 for that wash only.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: Our plans require a 1-year commitment, billed in 12 installments. If you want to cancel before your 1 year period, you will be responsible for the pro rata remainder of your agreement. After 1 year, you can cancel at any time with 30-days notice. If you move more than 25 miles away, please provide us with proof of the move (utility bill, magazine subscription, etc.) and we will cancel your membership at any time.
